Returns:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

  • Email us at hello@theevermore.store. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.

  • We strongly recommend creating an account on our website when placing your order. This allows you to easily track your return request and order history.

  • Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for the return to be picked up from your original delivery address at no cost to you.

Conditions for Return and Full Refund:

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage or wear and tear. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.

  • Processing Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process a full refund of your purchase price within 14 days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@theevermore.store. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
